We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic operations and support coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization's operations.


Responsibilities:

As an operations and support coordinator, your primary responsibility is to take care of the day-to-day operations and to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization's operations.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Production planning and forecasting: Coordinate small-scale production forecasts (±15 SKUs) and ensure labs deliver on time.
  • Supply chain coordination: Order ingredients and packaging, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery to our labs.
  • Inventory & logistics: Monitor stock levels, keep our warehouses well supplied, and manage transport planning.
  • Customer support: Handle B2C customer emails and messages and handle B2B client requests.
  • Admin tasks: Cost control, documentation and record keeping. Support the team with administrative follow-up.

Overall, as an operations and support coordinator, you play a crucial role in optimizing operations, managing resources, making our clients happy and driving efficiency to ensure the success of the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management and customer support. 
  • Drivers license. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your time and priorities effectively. 
  • You feel comfortable in a scale up environment, requiring flexibility. 
  • “Can do” mentality. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eye for detail and love for organizational work. 
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: you love delivering exceptional customer support, resolving customer issues, and fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Passionate about sustainability and the needs of the CÎME clients.
